The Broadcom project was a collaboration process between Newport Beach, California based designers Beck-Martin Architects and Visnick & Caulfield. Broadcom is a communication’s company that recently moved their offices to 200 Brickstone Square located in Andover, MA.

The 22,400 SF interior fit out included multiple laboratory spaces, state-of-the-art audiovisual systems in each conference room, a bright and lively employee break area and an inventive welcoming reception area. Visnick & Caulfield provided the final construction documentation and construction observation services for the project. We worked closely with the MEP and structural firms for the required rooftop cooling units and all other building systems as well as worked with the furniture dealer to help to create a comfortable and unique work environment.
