Project Feature – Womble Bond Dickinson

Womble Bond Dickinson called for warmth, privacy, and functionality within a space that was dictated over 50% existing to remain.
After discovering the client’s affinity for the brick and beam look, Visnick & Caulfield set out to strike the balance between a residential and a commercial feel. The building’s original structure was met with inviting tones of carpet and wallcovering.
Cafés placed strategically throughout the plan boast custom millwork, elegant light fixtures, and sleek waterfall countertops.
Natural light which pours through the oversized windows, balances the warm wood tones and copper accents.
Upholstered benches in the café and lounge seating throughout the plan encourage casual conversation and comfort.
