Project Feature – Convene

Convene is a major hospitality services company with 15+ venues across Northern America that VC had the pleasure of working with to create this one-of-a-kind conference space.

Every venue captures its own look and feel to create a unique user experience. VC worked on the Boston venue at One Boston Place to bring Convene’s vision to life with a space that boasted a distinct yet simple feel that appeals to a variety of clients and occasions.

The space includes special features such as a private outdoor terrace overlooking the city and six meeting rooms that are designed for a variety of events, all of which boast a scheme of neutral earth tones and sleek metal accents that create a charmingly timeless yet contemporary atmosphere.

Convene provides clients a comfortable and functional space, accommodating a variety of events ranging from formal meetings to social gatherings. VC’s design focused on flexibility, diversity and evoking a “get-away” feel for the users.
