eSecLending – Boston, MA

VC worked with eSecLending, an independently owned financial services company, to bring them from old inherited space to a new, fresh collaborative space. The main goal was to create a space that incorporated a modern feel, clean lines and functionality to help attract and retain its staff. Special attention was given to a lounge space for the entire office to enjoy and various conference environments for meetings and collaboration. There was use of many materials to assist in acoustics while using a polished concrete slab at the entry and reception to further enhance the contemporary feel. The open office area creates a harmonious flow; accentuated by a glass dividing wall that effortlessly offers a sense of grounding to the space. The exposed paneled ceiling draws a curve down the open office area and provides depth in the far corner that is carried throughout. Various lighting fixtures are featured all through the office hanging at different heights. Both in clusters and individually, the fixtures work to tie together their respective collaborative and meeting areas.
