Gutierrez’s New Branding Shows Throughout Their Newly Renovated Space

When Gutierrez Company was looking to create an updated, timeless and elegant space that represents their new re-branded image this Boston based build-to-suit development expert reached out to Visnick & Caulfield.  The design for the space was to showcase Gutierrez’s experience, be a welcoming place for potential clients, have a contemporary but not trendy feel, and to include transparency and encourage collaboration.

The 10,000 SF space has a neutral palette that provides a nice background for the construction company’s new branding colors, which includes a deep classic blue.  The use of a clean, simple and linear design creates interest in an understated way with a contemporary adaptation of traditional materials and use of light fixtures that are sculptural in form throughout the space.

In the lobby area floor to ceiling glass walls and doorways were installed allowing for light to penetrate the entire space creating an open and airy feel, boardrooms were equipped with state-of-the art technology, a small lunch area has an open ceiling, clean white surfaces and a custom sliding barn door, and open collaborative spaces have seating and white boards available for impromptu team meetings.
