Design(ers) @ Work: What Happened This Week at VC
Week 02:
Happy Friday! Take a look at what happened in and out of the office this week at VC.
Design intern Paige flipped through one of our library binders to pull samples for a project she’s working on.
Meanwhile, marketing manager Elle and designers Scott and Faegheh all wore VC orange one day! Maybe they were inspired by our post on “Ways To Add Color to a Space Without Painting the Walls” from earlier this week.
The sequel to the movie “Ted” was being filmed on our office block. We haven’t caught a glimpse of Mark Wahlberg yet, but Jenna, one of our designers, had a sighting of the teddy bear used in the film.
We are putting the finishing touches on an office we designed for a private equity firm, including this contemporary light fixture. The company moves in this weekend and we are so excited to reveal their final space.
Senior associate Marilyn and designer Liz met in the VC library to discuss design details for one of their projects.
We were lucky to have Eyub, a Sophomore at Northeastern University, shadow our designers around the office.
He was such an awesome addition to our team this week. Thanks for all of your help Eyub!
Some of our designers ate lunch in one of our conference rooms before a “Lunch and Learn” seminar.
If there is one thing we love at VC, it’s foodie treats. Special thanks to Joe Kerwin for these morning pastries! They were delicious.
