Design(ers) @ Work: End Of March
Happy Friday! Take a look at what’s been happening in and out of the office the past few weeks at Visnick & Caulfield.
Marketing & Business Development Manager Elle Litwinetz has been busy pursuing numerous project opportunities with Senior Principal Bob Caulfield. We caught the duo reviewing various proposals, as well as presentations for some of our recently awarded projects.
Designer Jenna Boscio and Associate Principal Paul Ng took a trip over to 601 Congress Street to check on the Innovation Lab we’re designing for John Hancock Manulife.
Back in our office building, Designer Catherine Richards checked up on this site for a private investment firm. She found the construction crew working hard on installing the ceiling grid and back of house mill-work. They are now awaiting the glass for the entry way, conference rooms and office fronts.
2015 marks our 25th year in business. To celebrate, we have a special project soon to be revealed. In the mean time, here is a glimpse at a graphic we’ve been working on.
Marketing Manager Elle joined Principal Jeff Seltzer on a site visit to our project for New England Development’s new office. Although the site currently is under construction…
…the space will soon start to reflect our perspective rendering. Stay tuned!
Back at the office, Spring Intern Sarah has been working hard and learning a lot. We caught her laying out sets on our collaboration island.
On the other side of the office, Designer Jenna pulled together these pantry schemes for a technology company she’s working with.
LightArt, a 3form company taught us about their new collection during a lunch and learn presentation. We loved the designs they showed–thank you LightArt!
Back in the field, many of our projects are in the move-in phase, including the above space for our longstanding client. The new space located in Kendall Square, focuses on light, openness and corporate transparency.
Also moving in is longtime client Atlas Venture. Principal Fenglei Zheng and Designer Faegheh Koohestani recently walked through the site to check its progress. Above are various details including new signage, lighting and one of the sit-stand desks.
Finally, after much anticipation, our project for the North Atrium activation of Reservoir Place in Waltham is just about complete.
The new bleachers and central atrium design will serve as a community spot for the building’s tenants. This is a great example of how design can help to foster collaboration and interaction in the workplace!
March has been an eventful month for our firm, making us look forward to April and all it has to offer.
