Jim Coen of Shaw Floors presents a donation check from the proceeds of their Annual Golf Tournament to the University of Minnesota – College of Design Travel Fellowship in memory of Long X. Visnick. Long designed a home for Jim early in her career in turn developing a wonderful friendship that Jim has chosen to generously remember.
The Natick Lake Residence’s framing is nearing completion and windows are being installed just in time for the winter months. Burt Visnick, Senior Principal, and Cora Visnick, Designer, look forward to starting the interior fit out and design.
Last week, Visnick & Caulfield had their Annual Insurance Meeting with Chris Poole of Poole Professional. Chris helped refresh everyone by providing good insight on how to effectively run a project to the benefit of all parties.
8 of VC’s staff attended the 4th Annual United Way Community Builders Cornhole Tournament on October 1st. This was a well attended event with around 50-teams who all came prepared to take the title of Cornhole Champion! VC’s Marilyn Shen DePetro, Senior Associate, and Cora Visnick are current Committee Members and helped make up one of our 4-teams.
Robert Caulfield, Senior Principal, Marilyn Shen DePetro, Elizabeth Lo and Paige Labreche, both designers, invited one of our current project teams to the Visnick & Caulfield office to introduce options that were pulled together for the Design Development phase of their project. After the meeting everyone was invited to stay and enjoy some cocktails and hor dourves.
Scott Kligerman, Senior Associate, attended a walkthrough of Bit9 + Carbon Black’s new expansion space. Visnick & Caulfield will work with Bit9 to bring their current brand into their new work space while creating a cohesive look between spaces.
