Design(ers) @ Work: Beginning Of April

Starting Image

April showers will bring May flowers! As the weather gets warmer, Boston will start to see more people enjoying all of what the city has to offer. Check out what we have been up to in the project updates listed below.

With the completion of Brickstone Square’s fitness center; the next phase of the project is moving forward: the office park café! Fenglei Zheng, Principal, and Cora Visnick, Designer, worked with Reflex Lighting to lay out the space’s new lighting system, which traces the circulation path and provides a design interest for the building’s tenant in this large open space.

Carpet Dealer

David Cassady, a Rep from Ege Textiles, visited our office recently to show us some new carpet designs we are considering for one of our projects.

Brank Bank

The branch bank at One Boston Place is nearing completion. During Phase 1 we returned the 3,000 SF floor plate back to core and shell space in order for a new branch bank to be designed and to move in shortly thereafter.

Illuminate and Vanguard Lighting brought in a Rep from Luceplan Lighting to demo some of their newest products during one of our weekly informals hosted in VC’s samples library.

The Pegasystems (Pega) expansion is nearing completion and employees moved into the new space last week. As phasing continues, we are happy to see Pega using their new space so quickly. Stay tuned for a project highlight posting soon where we will dig into more details of the project!

Natick House

Finish work is beginning at the Natick Residence. The warmer weather made for a great time to bring in the plasterers, who stood on staging and stilts to plaster the over-20 foot high spaces that overlook Lake Cochituate.
