stock boylston cropHappy Friday! Take a look at how we’ve been spending the past few weeks at Visnick & Caulfield.

atlasAs a follow up to our last post, Atlas Venture has moved into their new space. Principal Fenglei and Designer Faegheh visited the completed site last week. Having a long standing relationship with the company, we previously designed their office. Check out Atlas Venture’s feature in Beta Boston here!

Saper residence breaking ground sizedWe finally broke ground after a long winter on our lakeside residence in Natick, MA.  Senior Principal Burt and designer Cora designed the home last summer for the Saper Family. Cora also constructed a scaled model for the clients to visualize the final product during the design process.

Faegheh at workWe found designer Faegheh working on the reception design for one of our clients, a consulting company. Whether it is a physical model like Cora’s above or something computer generated, models are great tools to visualize the space and help with the design development process.

marketing suite at one liberty squareWe are making progress on the Marketing Suite at One Liberty Square  for building owner Lincoln Properties. The drywall is up and the sprinklers have been re-hung and await their white paint job for that open-loft plan! Brokers are already taking prospective tenants through showing our proposed design. The space will be ready for an end user beginning of May.

boston capital stone to table You may remember Principal Sherry’s visit to  Cumar Marble and Granite with Boston Capital a few weeks back to look at stone. Here is the finished product; from stone yard to conference room table.
