Real Estate Investor
A Boston based leader in affordable housing real estate investments recently engaged Visnick & Caulfield to upgrade their existing space; which they have been occupying for the last 25 years. With a limited budget, the team took the approach to re-design their client facing areas as well as their employee pantry, while doing a refresh to the open office space by adding new workstations and finishes. VC transformed their look to have a “boutique hotel” feel. As you walk off the elevator, a bold graphic wallcovering accented by crystal sconces invite you into the lobby. The dark ebony wood floor leads you into reception where you are dramatically greeted by a new 2-story stair featuring an impressive floor to ceiling crystal light fixture. The stair connects the reception and client facing area to the employee pantry, which is energized by bright, bold colors, a multitude of areas to recharge, and unique lighting that carries you from the pantry into the upper elevator lobby. All of these details come together to truly help create a lasting first-impression for anyone that visits their newly designed space. Read more
