The Gutierrez Company brought on VC to reposition their building at 200 Wheeler in Burlington. As owners of the building, Gutierrez wanted to energize and update the building in order to attract new tenants. The goal was to create a unique and effective amenities package to feature as perks for being in this building. To do this, VC incorporated design elements that reflected a contemporary and engaging vibe. The owners decided not only to revamp existing spaces but also to enlarge all of the common areas to create hip and functional spaces where people can go to re-energize and refresh during their day. The entire amenities wing was designed with a neutral palette that provides a timeless background and backdrop for the subtle introduction of bold colors. The architectural features mirrored the forms of the actual building itself to cohesively join the exterior with the interior. All of the individual spaces work together to provide a contemporary atmosphere that is both diverse and vibrant.
