When it came to designing a law firm for Manion Gaynor & Manning (MGM), VC took extra measures to design a space for their future needs while meeting a challenging budget and schedule. Materials were deliberately selected for their textures and colors, but were then manipulated and creatively used to emphasize clean and classic lines.
New branding was used to maintain the continuity of design throughout the office space; furniture was coordinated for new open areas and conference space with the reuse of existing offices. This ensured that the use and efficiency of the space could be maximized for the firm, including the addition of a conference center and stair that connects the two floors for meetings dedicated to client interfacing. MGM had a need for a multipurpose room to be used for mock-trials as well as a need to instill collaboration with a new employee lounge with open plenum and contemporary design.
