Flashback Friday: Trammell Crow Company, 2000

header 2In 2000, the Trammell Crow Company was ranked one of the nation’s largest managers of commercial real estate for the eleventh consecutive year. Prestige like that requires a working environment that is indicative of magnificent corporate presence. Our VC team was thus retained to provide the company with an office space that would match their success and reputation.

????????????????Through dramatic placement of mirrors, frosted and tinted glass, and an elaborate lighting scheme, our design worked to deepen the richness of its surroundings.

3The reception room’s dark colored wood and crisp furnishings heralded the vast conference rooms and internal staircases throughout the space. We used distinct lighting tactics to make it necessary for users to notice the structural contrasts of straight versus rounded walls and ceiling treatments.

????????????????The space that we created for the Trammell Crow Company entirely harbored an invigorating flair for continued commercial real estate management success.

As always, thanks for flashing back with us, and stay tuned for next week’s Flashback Friday!
