As we move straight into the holidays and towards the final weeks of the year, the Visnick & Caulfield team is quickly working to meet end of the year schedules.

Stratus_Project Progress Photos

With construction well underway at the renovated mill building for Stratus, the design team Scott Kligerman and Marilyn Shen, both Senior Associates, along with Faegheh Koohestani, one of the project’s designers, walked the space with Construction Manager J. Calnan & Associates to check that the mechanical was going in correctly and to approve the layout. The completed design of the project will include new technology and workspace design while preserving as much of the original architectural integrity of the space.

TMP

TM Capital was recently completed and photographed this past month. Their new office space has an open layout incorporating many views of the city with floor to ceiling glass office fronts and an open floor plan.  Paul Ng, Principal and Project Manager, along with Joanna Frechette, Marketing Manager, attended to help with the shoot.

Nienkamper

Cora Visnick was recently invited by Ritz Associates to tour the Toronto based furniture company Nienkamper. The tour of the factory demonstrated the detailed processes that go into the making of quality North American furniture, and the showroom tour was an inspiring look at great design.

Natick House

We are thrilled to be seeing the details of the Natick Residence start to emerge. The landscape walls are starting to take form as well as the hipped roof in the master bedroom.

Boomerang

To complete our blog, here’s a throw-back image of the custom millwork of the “Boomerang” at the 177 Huntington Avenue project. The design of this piece was from a concept created in-house by lead designers Sherry Niazmand, Principal, and  Daniela Maher, Senior Associate, on the project.  The project is completed and photography of the finished space is well underway.
