Summer has come to an end and as we head into fall, VC would like to share some project updates with you!

HMH

Last week Motiv, the graphic design company that is collaborating with our team on the Houghton Mifflin Harcourt project, visited our office as we refine design options for the project.

We wrapped up our summer with a company outing to Harpoon Brewery where we took the brewery tour, did a beer tasting and ate till we couldn’t anymore! It was a great way for us to wrap-up the summer.

JW Childs

JW Childs is just about complete with the company’s employees moving in this month; now it’s time to add “sparkle” as the extensive artwork collection is ready for installation. Stay tuned for photos and a thorough review of the realized design.

Newmark

Construction at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s new space is coming along and the details of the lighting package are beginning to shine through. LEDs throughout the space are installed, and all that’s left for the lighting is the Newmat stretch fabric, which will be installed when the project is nearly completed.

CS

The finish boards for Cambridge Systematics have been completed. The design team recommended colors that compliments with the company’s current branding. Cambridge Systematics desired a space that was warm and inviting but would also be an energizing space for people to thrive in as they contribute positive impacts on the environment worldwide.

A couple of VCers participated in a networking event sponsored by WWIRE, a networking group for women in real estate. They meet at The Club by George Foreman III for a little networking and a lot of sweating!

Some progress has been made at the 101 Federal Street Spec Suite.  The project is anticipated to be completed by next month.
